We are looking for a Legacy Administration Manager to join our Legacies Department, to lead & develop the legacy administration team, and also effectively and efficiently monitor estate administration in which the society has an interest.
This role has responsibility, through their team, to ensure the prompt payment of funds due to the organisation; to refine processes and procedures whilst acting as the society’s principal legal representative in probate matters, working with external solicitors and advisers to ensure due diligence in managing the provision of gifts in wills.
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Solicitor with a minimum of five years experience in private practice within a busy probate department or charity legacy team. They will possess a proven track record of leading and developing a professional team within a legal environment. In addition, we are looking for someone with experience of building relationships and managing external parties.
