Position: Data Entry Clerk
Reports To: Service Manager
Location: Walsall, Midlands
Salary: £16,000 pro rata
Conditions: Full time – 40 hours per week – fixed term initially for three months Start date: ASAP
Closing date: 27th October 2017 – 23:59
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual, who is passionate about making a difference to the health & wellbeing of others, to join our team in Walsall.
The Requirements
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- The inputting of service users data, via a bespoke electronic database, relating to the monitoring and evaluation of programmes.
- To ensure that all data entry is done accurately and in a timely fashion
- To liaise with senior healthy lifestyle specialiststo ensure that all the data is entered into database
To be eligible to apply for the role you must have
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with
- Experience in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and other software programmes.
- The ability to think quickly and react calmly in high pressure situations.
- Proven ability to establish priorities and work to competing deadlines using initiative.
- Experience at both working on your own initiative and as part of an effective team to achieve the business plan objectives.
- Evidence of awareness of customer needs & a commitment to continually improving the service to ensure all customers receive a quality service.
